Made with raw mangoes slow-cooked with jaggery and a careful hand of warming spices
Uses whole spices — fennel, fenugreek, nigella — that give it that slow, slightly spiced sweetness
No refined sugar, no artificial colour — the deep amber comes entirely from jaggery and sun
Traditional meetha achar recipe made exactly the way Rajasthani and Gujarati grandmothers have always made it
Crafted in small batches so the flavour develops properly, not rushed
No preservatives — the jaggery, salt, and spices do all the preserving work naturally
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always use a clean, dry spoon. The colour deepens and sweetness mellows beautifully over time — it only gets better.

THE STORY BEHIND EVERY JAR
Only firm, tart raw mangoes are chosen to balance the sweetness of sugar.
The mangoes are grated, salted, and rested to draw out moisture and enhance their tang.
Sugar is mixed separately and slowly simmered with mangoes and spices for a rich, balanced flavour.
Whole spices are added in stages, and the pickle is left to cool and thicken naturally without additives.
We believe in full transparency. Every ingredient in our Aam Khatta is sourced traditionally and used in its most natural form.
